Minutiae – Key to success

It wasn’t until Shanghai Railway 2 had already began its service that officials have realized the particulars in the design of Railway 1 by German engineers. After a few days’ re-evaluating, Chinese engineers got fully convinced by their exact measurements and many personalized settings, for example: the edge of platforms had been beautifully decorated with black marble so as to show that passengers the train is going to stop only one mile away while Railway 2 not. The authorities had no choice but have to employ more workers to keep order in Railway 2. More manual work, thus, meant more payout. Owing to this the company hadn’t made both ends meet yet.

A small leak will sink a great ship – B.Franklin

Perhaps nothing could be more annoyed when you are defeated because of some small mistakes, so does that captain. The incidents you have taken lightly, however, may balk your hopes as the last twilight twinkles for you; spoil your efforts though you have got through all the hardship; frustrate your attempts to set up great career in the future. In other words, the most serious deformity that lead you to failure is no longer your lack of skill but carelessness over minutiae.

He who would climb the ladder must begin at bottom, as you should always start with the small. And then, you will discover: students master more key structures than most do; scientists go further in the contemplation of researching than most do; businessmen seize more opportunities that should be originally taken seriously than most do; artists create more works that is pure, fine, and smooth than most do……

They are ill discoverers that think there is no land when they can see nothing but sea. In other scene, disregarding the incidents is noting but a grief, for whether you will succeed is often determined on them.

As the whole society is getting more and more advanced, all kinds of jobs are becoming more and more complex as well. In this situation, paying attention to the minutiae is also a kind of characteristics that you could always benefit from.

In conclusion, it’s no wonder that to conduct the incidents is to hold the key to success, which is unchangeable no matter when and where you work, study, and live…….
